The perfect stability of a refined and durable specie.
Merbau is a wood that grows mainly in Indonesian tropical forest. The tree can reach a maximum height of 45 meters. The trunk is not often straight and presents a few growth deviation. The wood contains fine yellow striation (lime deposit and stone) which is characteristic to this variety. The wood has a big reserve of sap that evacuate from the wood after a very long period, and is discoloring temporaly the object around. Merbau is very resistant and does not suffer from deformation after drying, which makes him extremely durable when combined with Vetedy’s Softline system.
